How to Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Stack n' Track account using one of the methods below:
Method 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Stack n' Track app
- Go to Profile (tap your avatar)
- Scroll down to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision
Method 2: Request via Email
Send an email to us with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address associated with your account.

Important:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account Information: Email, username, profile picture
- Habit Data: All stacks, tasks, and completion history
- Journal Entries: All notes and reflections
- Challenge Data: Challenges you created or participated in
- Photos: Any images uploaded for habit completions
- Connections: Buddy connections and coach relationships
Data Retention
- Your data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days
- Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes
- After 90 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
